No apparent support for Fortran "external" attribute

I believe this is another way to specify a dependency which does not seem to trip the parser and generate the dependency.

This just needs someone to investigate whether this is supported or not. And if it isn't, it needs to be implemented. This is relatively high priority because pfunit uses external attribute.
