Modeldata NaNs are interpolated if colocate_time=True

Describe the bug When colocate time is true, and there are NaNs in the model data, then the NaNs will be interpolated

To Reproduce Have model data with nans, run with time colocation... profit

If this is by design, then we should add a comment to the colocate_time option
