Allow ordering of statistics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On Aeroval, the statistics are shown in the order as they are written to in pyaerocom. The order should be configurable by the modeller.

Describe the solution you would like to see Current order of statistics image

The modeller should be able to reorder them in the configuration to e.g.

  • RSME
  • Mean Bias
  • MNMB

It should be possible to include this information into the confi.json file which is run by: pya aeroval config.json
