With the changes to Polymer in the 3.0 release, I am wondering if synthesis is compatible with Polymer 3.0?

Create a package to support webpack build system. https://github.com/thereactivestack/meteor-webpack [synthesis-compiler](https://github.com/meteorwebcomponents/synthesis/blob/master/packages/synthesis-compiler/synthesis-compiler.js) can be reused.
