Add CSV Basefilename be same as the notefilename either by default or selectable

Hi,

This is a great and very useful plugin. Thanks for it. 👍

However, it would be better to save the file as notefilename.csv by default or be selectable.

Very annoying to rename the files when there are more separate ones even several versions of them.
