What is the current behavior?

No request is created for an email, although email default was set for this request type.

Which are the steps to reproduce?

  1. Set Default for Email:Y for a request type, e.g. "Kundenbeanstandung" (pls note: only have 1 request type with setting Default for Email:Y!)
  2. Send an email, e.g. from Doc Outbound
  3. Check request window: no request was created, NOK

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Shall work.
