Returning `index.html` as default not only static root

At this moment static.js support returning by default index.html only if your request is routed to the root of the site. It will be a nice feature if Metacom starts supporting returning by default index.html from any folders within the site root folder. Especially in conjunction with impress. As an option add a support custom 404 page.
