For CI/CD projects - fast-changing product development. JSDOC is the only option available. With CI/CD - code changes very fast and it is nearly impossible to have any up-to-date documentation if there is no in-code documentation. That's why for CI/CD product development JSDOC is necessary with or without TypeScript
