Hot Reload

Great package - had an integration working myself but have been having issues with hot reload - I thought maybe your setup would alleviate that.

When I try to run quasar dev -H wanderbird.test

It says the site cannot be reached. If I just run dev it works, but it's not really feasible to efficiently work without that hot reload.. is it? Curious what you do for that issue.

I'm building just a SPA web app.
