Description

Allocate machine after the firewall phoned home.

The SONiC tests failed five times in a row, whereas the Cumulus tests passed without any failures.

The error can be reproduced only on SONiC switches if the first machine is created after the firewall has been created and has phoned home. @simcod and @vknabel encounter this behavior also on physical hardware with the SONiC Broadcom operating system.

I suspect that https://github.com/metal-stack/metal-core/issues/142 hides the error, because if a switch was already configured for tenant network I could not reproduce the error.
