Add the ability to update destination prefixes

Adds the ability to edit destination prefixes of existing networks. This makes prefix-lists for firewalls adjustable (at firewall creation time, currently).

The reason for this PR is the need to add a secondary internet provider, that handles only specific networks. We need to make these networks adjustable in case the upstream provider changes the prefixes it serves.
