Use data from Hercules

After getting this done, wimp can get rid of scraping data. #38, #15 and #3 can be closed.

@kshitij10496 can you make us familiar with the current status of this pr, like what needs to be done with this and with hercules in general?

When we (or the next generation) will take on Hercules, then this will be added in it's plan of action. Basically, the idea is whenever the work starts, first support will be added for already existing projects.
