Snapshot partnership

This issue consolidates #203 and #205 with a number other improvements.

  • [ ] Displaying the metadata. Improvement the display of daoURI metadata on Snapshot's interface.
  • [ ] Editing the metadata. Give DAOs control over their Snapshot's daoURI though a change to the Snapshot.org interface.
  • [ ] Improving metadata generation. Fixing some data formatting issues, see https://github.com/snapshot-labs/snapshot-hub/pull/812
  • [ ] A joint marketing collaboration for Snapshot X, especially to the Arbitrum grant #184
  • [x] #203
  • [x] #205
  • [ ] new daoURI registration path via Snapshot and ENS, completely integrated with the Snapshot space creation and which also does NOT require an ENS text record.
  • [ ] Eventually, a unified API with Snapshot, Snapshot X, Governor, etc. across many chains
