RPGF is changing. Future rounds will emphasize more on-chain transactions and buliding.

• [ ] Review, update the registration factory currently deployed to Optimism.
• [ ] Change the pattern of adoption by frameworks like Snapshot X or Aragon to have them call the factory rather than deploy a separate daoURI field directly in their contract.

Background: Round design & Important Metrics Going Forward

1. Onchain builders: number of contracts deployed on OP chains, number of unique addresses that interacted with the contracts, number of days of activity, date of contract deployment; public repos;
2. OP Stack: provers, clients, sequencers, availability of technical support,
3. Governance: number of new participants in governance; knowledge sharing; lowering barriers of entry to governance; increasing the votable supply; reducing the concentration of voting power;
