In our country, if a person becomes ill or has a medical problem, they go to the nearest doctor's office or hospital. If the problem is not resolved or a thorough examination has not been performed, they change doctors. However, in that case, it has been observed that the previous doctor's prescription would not be shown to the new doctor, which frequently results in incorrect treatment because the previously prescribed medication would not be known by that doctor.

Another example is when most people lost their old prescriptions after visiting a doctor for a while or when the medical records were found to be missing.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to suggest a solution in which there will be a centralized medical database with each person having a unique ID. The database system must be updated by that person after every examination, treatment, or medical report; updating will be as simple as taking photos of that prescription or report and uploading them by giving a name to that medical condition, so in case they lose it, they won't have to worry; in other cases, the hospital must have an api key to check patients' past reports by taking a unique ID from that patient to communicate with the system.
