Mangasee scraper does not find new chapter

Describe the bug

The mangasee scraper which uses headless chrome does not find the newest chapter. Chapter was visible on mangasee website but not when I was listing all chapters in mangal. I was searching for the newest One Piece chapter which was released 10 hours ago on mangasee. Scraper is the one from metafates/mangal-scrapers.

Reproduction steps

Usage via TUI. Just enteres 'One Piece' into search and selected the first entry to list chapters.

Expected behavior

List the newest chapter.

Update: after clearing the mangal cache, chapters were found. See #170
