Describe the bug

Chapters for some Manga\Manwa download more than once and I can not figure out how to stop it. I lodged the issue in the Kaizoku issue lodger but oae said:

The Comick mangal scraper seems to have problems separating the scans.

Reproduction steps

In Kaizoku:

1. Select Add new manga
2. Select Comick then click next step
3. Search for then add "The Male Lead's Little Lion Daughter"4.

Expected behavior

Kaizoku would download only one copy of each chapter of the manga\manwa.

Additional context

This appears to be similar to the following issue https://github.com/metafates/mangal/issues/100

Perhaps some more logic could be added to determine if a chapter is already downloaded so that when a source has multipe versions it just downlads the highest quality version and records that chapter as downloaded?

The reason for that is that these chapters has different names due to different scanlation groups. I'll take a look on how I can avoid such situations
