tracks2clipboard should consider disc number

tracks2clipboard currently sorts by track number, but fails on multi disc releases as it does not consider the disc number.

It should consider the disc number for sorting. Ideally it should also print the disc number in the output, but this should be done in a way that is compatible with the MB track parser.
