Command "fetch-dump.sh both" doesn't download database dumps

If you try to use the command sudo docker-compose run --rm musicbrainz fetch-dump.sh both as mentioned here: https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-docker#user-content-recreate-database-with-indexed-search

only the search dumps will be downloaded, but not the database data dumps. The process stops with the error "File ‘fullexport’ exists."
