Let users add instances, search for instances to add

The old app Tootle (not updated in two years) allows users to search for instances and add their feeds as tabs at the bottom.

Would like to add this functionality to Metatext so that I don’t have to browse instance feeds outside the app.

if not as tabs at the bottom, then at least as instances you can add under your own in the “explore” tab.
