Make Trash Usable - UI

Description

This PR adds the new Trash experience in favor of the old Archive experience. An overview of the changes can be viewed in this Figma design.

This PR does not remove the old archive UI, but it is currently unreachable except through direct route access. That part of the UI will get ripped out in a follow up PR.
