Unify key criteria on config files

Describe the bug

Seems like we're using db in Redshift and dbname in Postgres databases.

Keys should be the same in all DB's for ergonomics

To Reproduce

Start Metabase with a config file with one postgres and one redshift, see that the keys are different

Expected behavior

keys should be the same in all db's
