Hi,

I'm trying to get license for a model, I did it before successfully. So I received and email with link, then I lost my model and would like to get it again.

Now Im getting following error message when trying to obtain the license:

There was an error submitting your email address.

Any clues what goes wrong?

Hi Samuel,

I used the link you provided. I tried Chrome and Brave browsers on my Windows machine - same behavior. My country is Czech Republic.

@kag46 - are you in VPN by any chance?

Not that I’m aware of, I just used my home internet. Also tried to register from my phone - get the same result. Also checked router settings - didn’t found any suspicious.

But before posting this reply I decided to try to disconnect my phone from the home WiFi and it worked.

Guess I need to talk to my internet provider about that, but which problem with using vpn could be involved?

make sure your network provider's country is same as you selected (if using vpn select your server's country.)
