Create CI job to test documentation builds
🚀 Describe the new functionality needed
A simple CI job that runs to ensure that the Llama Stack documentation still builds.
💡 Why is this needed? What if we don't build it?
We've seen a few regressions with the docs builds, these can be easily prevented. Otherwise we'll need to continue to deal with it ad-hoc.
