I keep getting 405 forbidden

and those 405 forbidden error repeats until I interrupt. Can anyone please help? It does start downloading initially and it has downloaded consolidated.00.pth about 127008kb. Then, it changes to this error. Subsequent retries of the llama download command just goes straight to the error without downloading even a bit. I tried re-creating the URL twice and no luck.
