🚀 Describe the new functionality needed

We want to enable developers to see the full trace of a Llama Stack agent, which includes actions that may be executed by the Llama Stack agent (e.g., inference, VectorIO, File Search, etc.).

💡 Why is this needed? What if we don't build it?

Telemetry is needed for audibility/traceability.
