Help Needed for understanding

Can someone help me understand how the is the context being tracked for agent turn create API, or for the inference chat completion API? I want to understand how its storing the context and where is it storing it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. P.S: Did not know where to put this as there is no community till now for this project
