What does this PR do?

Remove openai from example notebook and llm.py class. Simplify notebook layout and highlight additional packages that need to be installed. As discussed with @HamidShojanazeri

Feature/Issue validation/testing

Ran both examples on the notebook ( recipes/llama_api_providers/Using_Externally_Hosted_LLMs.ipynb ) (I used my own access tokens)
