format(); beefy finance; format files / remove bloat

This PR aims to:

• format beefy finance > include prettier and format script
• remove unnecessary files from the directory
• make the script more readable > refactored into one file
• make it clear where the vault addresses come from
• adhere to ci/cd pipeline
• allow for easy upgradability if new contracts are added
• allows for easy addition of a template in the case that beefy adds a registry contract

This PR does NOT change the logic of any of the code.
