Add autonumbering option to course sessions

All sessions from naucse should have serial with a „number“ for humans so the course can be numbered from 0, a number can be skipped, etc. But serial is a really string: you could also have sessions 3a and 3b for example.

Please use serial if available, otherwise the numbering could be confusingly different between naucse and courseware.
