how to migrate apps from public to private

Hello.

It seems that how to migrate apps from public universe to private universe is missing on the document. Most of time when we talk about "repository service" like rpm, apt-get, docker, there is a way to migrate from public to private in a common sense, but I think the dcos universe document is missing this critical information.
