error during deploy at dcos_generate_config.sh

having completed all the prereqs, I get the following during make deploy

module.dcos.module.dcos-core.module.dcos-bootstrap-install.null_resource.bootstrap (remote-exec): + bash dcos_generate_config.1.12.3.sh
