Remove Multi Service support for SDK 60

Removed Multi Service source code, unit tests, integrations tests, javadoc and markdown references. This is done in the interest of making SDK on USI easier and also partly to cleanup SDK of unused code.

PS : There maybe some leftover references (could be some javadoc references as well), we can get to them as we find more.

@takirala should we do this in the upcoming sdk 0.60.0 branch via #3157 instead of merging into master?
