I think it is better to use '127.0.0.1'

shouldn't this be programmable so that the scheduler can be deployed outside the master? for example, in a DC/OS+Marathon environment, the scheduler would be deployed as a Marathon task.

@fernandosanchezmunoz Actually, anything is ok. It's about README.md, not for code. But I thought 127.0.1.1 looked weird or like typo.
