Zeppelin should not run as root

I'm not sure if this is a right repo because here the zeppelin version is at 0.5.6-3 and in the universe the version is at 0.6.0.

Currently zeppelin is executed as root in the docker container. The shell interpreter is executed as root as well. so you can install packages with apt-get and exploit the network.

I would like to create a pull request for this. Where are the right sources?
