Filter joblist in UI

Since Chronos 3.x, it's no longer possible to filter the list of jobs. We are running a Chronos instance with a lot of jobs in it which makes it hard to lookup specific jobs. I've added an input to the UI that allows filtering for jobs.

It would be really excellent to get this updated... I think since the pull was created in April, we've had a decent amount of time to review this, no?
