App Crashed on iPhone 5c and 5s while making video call

Mesibo messanger app crashed on iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s while making an Video call with following error Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[AVCaptureFigVideoDevice maxAvailableVideoZoomFactor]: unrecognized selector sent to instance Also voice call always failed on both devices. Please help.

What is the ios version on those devices? Can you reproduce it on iPhone 6 and above?

version on both devices is 10.3.3 unable to reproduce it on iPhone X
