[Feature Request]: Add traceroute timeout

Problem Statement

Traceroutes have a 30s timeout in firmware. In other clients the timeout is shown to users as a cooldown/countdown with disabled traceroute buttons.

Proposed Solution

Add traceroute cooldown that disables the traceroute button until 30s has passed since the last sent traceroute package.
