[Feature Request]: Add a Device Info tab

Problem Statement

I'd like the app to...offer a "Device Info" tab in configuration. The idea is to provide information about the connected device. Lots of info in one place. I would like to see the following information on this screen:

• Device Long Name
• Device Short Name
• Device type (manufacturer, model)
• Node type/Role
• Channel List
• Firmware Version
• Battery condition (charging, percent, etc)
• GPS Status (enabled, Satellites, location)
• Enabled connection methods (serial, Bluetooth, wi-fi, etc)
• MQTT Status (enabled, topic, etc).
• Available telemetry (both the types of connected sensors and their values)
• Enabled modules

This idea started coming to me when I discovered the only way to get the version number of a device was to reset it so I could see the boot screen.

There are probably some other things here that would be handy to see. I can also see this being helpful for debugging with someone...a simple place to send them to get a good feel for how their device is configured.

There are probably some other things that should be on this list, what would you like to see here?
