[Feature Request]: Support for Store And Forward packet receiving

Problem Statement

Store and forward packets are not handled.

Proposed Solution

Handle Meshtastic packets from the StoreAndForward portnum, particularly from the ROUTER_TEXT_BROADCAST. Messages should be received and displayed in their respective channels, and an icon should be displayed to indicate they were received via S&F. Proposed UI:

Extra credit: Indicate that a node is a Store and Forward server and display a UI to send a Store and Forward CLIENT_HISTORY REQUEST
