there is no parameter for POSIX Timezone Setting in the Web-Client (f48f9cc)

@rcarteraz Just to be clear on what the user is requesting, they want it added in the Command menu? Because in Config -> Device you can now add a POSIX compatible string (it works the same way as the CLI)
