I think on the Meshtastic apps or web interface there should be a way to have a notification sound go off or a buzz for when you pick up a new node or get a message So you do not miss them

That's my fault for sending you a direct link to the firmware repository. Sorry about that.

That one handles the node software. The WebUI and the apps have their own separate repository, where your request has been moved.
