fixing SDA & SCL for wireles tracker v1.1

What did you change

After empiric test with wireless tracker v1.1 the right pins for BMP280 sensor are:

• SDA: GPIO45
• SCL: GPIO46 as is stated on heltec oficial documentation Information in meshtastic web is incorrect:
• SDA: GPIO41
• SCL: GPIO42

Why did you change it

Testing with my own board
