[Bug]: Default ringtone broken on pro-micro

Description

when you set the buzzer up and leave the ringtone blank and save, upon reboot the default ringtone is not in the ringtone slot. however this will not allow the device to buzz. i had to change the ringtone manually to have it buzz. have tried several times and 3 pro micros and same outcome every time. also seem like there is a saving issue in the external notifications at device docent always reset upon config save.
