USB connection stops working when phone goes to sleep

Hi When my phone Samsung Galaxy A12 falls asleep (approx after 10 min and more) message receiving stops when using USB connection with T-ECHO device instead of BLE . With BLE connection everything is fine. App's power optimization is off.

Does anybody know how to fix this? Thnks.
