[x] I am able to reproduce the bug with the latest version.
[x] I have updated to the latest Alpha firmware, and am able to reproduce the bug. Many issues are fixed quickly in alpha before the general beta release.
[x] I made sure that there are no existing OPEN or CLOSED issues which I could contribute my information to.
[x] I have taken the time to fill in all the required details. I understand that the bug report will be dismissed otherwise.

[ ] Start PR sometimes the label 'needs-review' doesn't get applied. I suspect it's pulling those of us using forks up, but allowing it from branches on this repo.
[ ] Is there are duplicates one? if so it doesn't seem to work. If there isn't, there should be.
[x] Side note Internal bug report is at the top of the list, figure out how those are sorted. #3925

CI falls over on the 'apply labels' step

it adds labels successfully, all the time.
