[Feature Request]: use "save & reboot" on settings pages that cause a restart

Feature or improvement you want

Settings changes that will cause a reboot should be marked somehow.

Change the "save" button on each settings screen to "save & restart" when a settings change will cause reboot.

Why should this be added?

This will prime the user's expectation for what will happen next, rather than unexpected restarts.

It varies based on the individual settings, not the config message. Some Lora config settings combos cause a reboot, others not for example.
