[Feature Request]: add nodes to ignore/favorite list remotely

Tell us your idea.

Currently there are CLI commands to add a node to the ignore list remotely. It would be nice to have this integrated into the app (there is still the legacy ignore incoming array in the app LoRa settings available remotely) as well for managing remote routers. I do not know of a command to retrieve the the currently blocked nodes remotely so the list would accurately reflect what is stored remotely and could be modified.

does this have a parent issue on the design board @b8b8 ? seems like we would want to align the implementation cross-platform.
