suggestion for sorting by hops

nodes with no valid RSSI/SNR should be placed at the bottom of the list.

also, possibly sub-sort by RSSI/SNR for neighbors?

In similar vein the with unknown hoplimit (node is too old to include hopstart) should be separated from from the genuine neighbours (where hoplimit=hopstart).

Currently both just show RSSI/SNR, with no way to differentiate.
