Add a tablet landscape layout with simultaneous map view

When on a tablet >7" sized we should show two fragments at once. The pager on the left side, but move the map view out into its own permanent tab on the right. Possibly allow the user to longpress on a tab button to make that the new 'pinned' tab on the right.

In tablet mode, I would suggest to always display the map when connected to a device, a drawer menu to display beside the map the chat and setting
